God's Vineyard Minitries

God's vineyard ministry is a God given vision to reach out to all nations with the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ in an atmosphere of warmth, love and excitement.

We believe that the power of God through the gospel will give hope to the hopeless, freedom to those in captivity, healing to the hurting, joy and peace to the troubled.Our goal is to live to the full on earth, to make heaven, and to help others to do the same.

The Church arm of the ministry is established to help consolidate the mission of the ministry. It also gives opportunity for the people to fulfil the calling of God on their lives. It is with great pleasure that we introduce to you these ministry units.
WOMEN FELLOWSHIP	The WOMEN OF EXCELLENCE
	This unit is established to reach out to women of all races, age, nationality, and socioeconomic status. Women have the opportunity to discover who they are in Christ, recognise their potentials and, overcome obstacles and limitation through the word and power of God. Ultimately women should be able to fulfil the call of God upon their lives.
MEN’S FELLOWSHIP
	At the men’s fellowship the word of God is taught in practical ways to help our men conquer their world, occupy their position in the family, in the church and the community. The unit also assists with the spiritual, social, professional, and economic needs of the men.
GENERATION-Y
	The letter Y is the 25th letter in the Greek alphabet with two branches and a long tail. The orientation of the letter Y depicts the three major hubs on which Generation -Y rests, i.e. Ministry, Profession/Career and Relationship. Generation-Y therefore seeks to define and build the total man (Men & Women), to achieve excellence and make significant impact in life and in the vision, goals and mission of the church
HOUSE FELLOWSHIP
	The church seeks to care for individual members of the church in a homely environment. The activities of the fellowships are varied and designed to ensure that the congregation members receive one on one attention and care outside the church meeting periods.
PRAYER MINISTRY
	This ministry is made of intercessors that are willing to Pray Until Something Happens (PUSH). The group occupy the position of watchmen over the members of the congregation, the families, the church and the community .The Lord has granted tremendous success to the church through this ministry
USHERING MINISTRY
	This ministry specialises in selfless, hospitable, and compassionate duties to everyone in church during our services and outreaches; providing comfort and peace of mind to members and visitors.
SUNDAY SCHOOL
	This is a teaching ministry that provides in-depth study of the word of God, delving into every area of life to produce sound Christians who understand the word of God and apply it to everyday life .It is our goal to raise disciples.
MUSIC MINISTRY
	This ministry provides vibrant and exciting worship atmosphere to build and inspire members to find joy and fulfilment in the presence of the Lord.
EVANGELISM UNIT
	This unit is involved in one to one target evangelism. The gospel is taken to the people who may not be in church services e.g., the homeless, drug addicts, prisoners, and students. The gospel is the power of God to salvation and we utilise various means such as musical concerts and drama to reach the people with the good news.
DRAMA UNIT
	This unit comprises of intelligent people who project Christian values and morals. The drama and video presentations are set to minister effectively and to impact on every aspects of the lives of people both old and the young.

GVC Radical Youths
This is a vibrant ministry constituted by young people who are committed to God. This ministry gives young people the opportunity to use their gifts, talents, and skills to help other young people in areas where they also benefit.

WELFARE MINISTRY: The welfare unit is a ministry based on the word of God and it is established to care for every member of the church and the needy in the community. Over the years this ministry has provided succour to many

CHILDREN MINISTRY: A priority unit in the church, where the word of God is taught and every child is given adequate attention. The children are also encouraged to maximise their potentials so that they will be equipped intellectually, socially, and spiritually to affect their generation in every positive way.

	COUNSELLING AND FOLLOW-UP: This unit seeks to disciple people for Jesus Christ, and we do this by feeding with the word of God, counselling and mentoring. The unit provides opportunities for training in counselling for its members so that they can provide excellent service.

	TECHNICAL UNIT: This unit offer technical services including sound, electrical and other services that enhance communication through contemporary audio-visual equipments thereby making the worship and other meetings friendly.

	SANCTUARY CARE: This unit takes care, cleans and beautify the worship centre and its immediate surrounding.

	PUBLICATION UNIT: This unit informs, educates, and reaches out to members of the church, the community and friends of the ministry with the gospel, and other activities of the church. It disseminates information.
